Sketenty are searching an Interim CRM specialist to an international company subsidiary located in Copenhagen for a period of 12-18 months

Key role: - Recapitulate and manage an overview of target strategies for customers
- Develop and implement a functional integrated segmentation of customers to support the Nordic
- Propose customer relationship capabilities in the Nordic Commercial Unit
- Manage customer data collection, analysis and use
- Manage the CRM database and the quality of data contained within
- Promote and implement sustainable and effective use of the CRM database in Nordic
Provide support and training to all users
Critical success factors & key challenges:
- General good understanding of marketing disciplines
- Open minded, to understand local needs (Customer marketing dep. / Sale dep.) vers. company strategy that shall be implemented
- Solution orientated approach – not implementation of fixed system
- Target driven, also for tasks that are hard to define clear measurable indicators
- Networking capabilities
